I accompany people from my background of theoretical-practical knowledge and from professional and personal experience, but above all from the heart and the respect I feel for each one of them.
The link between physical and emotional health has been the focus of my training and my concern since a young age, the first book that sparked my interest in this regard was one that linked cancer and emotions. Around the end of my medical degree, at the age of 22, I started psychotherapeutic training and at the same time my personal work.
Initially, my interest in therapy was “purely” for professional knowledge, but as I went deeper into the work I began to connect with myself and my needs and shortcomings, with my personal history, and increasing bodily and emotional awareness; over the years I gained an even deeper and clearer understanding of what I had experienced at an instinctive and relational level, and how these experiences had shaped my physical and psychic structure.
For more than 15 years, I have combined psychotherapeutic practice with medicine in the care and assessment of disability.
Motherhood has helped me, among many things, to give a new perspective and a new value to all learning, as a mother and as a woman; and it has helped me consolidate a vision of respect and trust towards people and our abilities.
